@Eheheheheh you have to install any mod that messes with textures and effects before my mod, install gore realism after and it will overwrite it if you install gore realism before all the other mods like visual v they will overwrite my fxdecal and shi so thats why it wont work

@riverds2871045 change the file type from oiv to zip and try to mix different shi together for yo self
