@kv12sprchg thanks, I meant to come back and update my comment because I managed to find the files through OpenIV and replaced them that way. Awesome mod btw
The Xcelsior download doesn't come with the files necessary to install this... rip
does the update mean gameconfig is currently unavailable to download rn?
This mod is was a pain to install, (I'm new to modding...lol) but the frustration was worth it. I love how there's both a Yellow Cab Co livery, and a Checker Cab Co livery! Plus, the fact that you'll see both driving around really ups the immersion factor, especially if you're like me, and your trying to make LS more like LA! :)
I did everything correctly step by step, and it doesn't work. The vanilla plates are still present, (even though the original textures were apparently replaced...) I even tried using a mod menu to access them, but that didn't work, either
