@Unsearchably - All your points are absolutely valid and in my experience with a rolled back version of the game, it one time worked. I'm still convinced it's the updates from R.S. that is changing number values for the cars lists. There is a way to make this mod work. Good feedback M8.

@GaloDeOuro - I have a problem with my characters house disappearing from the map but this is a conflict with Open Interiors. I can't say what may be going on with your game but i will experiment more to see if i have the same problem.

@GaloDeOuro Do not use "vixtergames" files at all use the new version of this current mod.

@charackthe - Understood. Can't wait for the update is the top floor worked but kicked me out to the garage of Benny's. XD
