Yo could someone help I just installed addon peds fresh install of gta 5 but when I press L and select a ped it doesn't load and won't let me back into the menu

I load into gta v then I try to press f3 doesn't do anything I have asi loader, script hook and script hook community also native ui any fixes? I have the f keys on
