GTA 5 keeps saying not responding until this mod is installed, after removing itworks fine and i'm not able to play with this mod, please explain why??

I've been trying to save cars in SPA garage with this config but one file of mod gets deleted eveytime HelperSPA.dll

Helper.dll disappears eveytime and i can't save cars in garage
The bike is not changing directions quickly and seems preety heavy but i've tweaked the handling for myself.......
Anyways, waited for someone to build this bike in game and you did a pretty amazing job but please fix the dashobard dials and also add gear counter
