Okay but how can you actually edit the audio in GTA 5? I can't seem to find anything anywhere about making a radio station, from building a list and all of the other files that go with creating a radio station, what's needed, etc. Would really love to have a write up, or at the very least see how these other modders were able to make their own. Is everyone just using a pre-existing station and replacing the songs/metadata?
