Your instructions aren't correct either.
If you want to replace a vehicle, you just drop the files in the latest patchday folder, which is 18 right now.
And it has to be/should be done in your mods folder.
@GorillaBlood There's "No Bullet Traces" on lcpdfr.com. It also comes with support for some sound mods, since they mess with the edited file as well :)
I'm not seeing any credit section. Did you make the skin, the model, every single light and other part of the car yourself?
@SciGuy911 It's the same for every car. Drag and drop the .ytf and .ytd files in the latest Patchday folder, and the xml for ELS in ELS\pack_default\.
