Had a problem when saving my game and would reload, would also reload previously locked cars that I had destroyed or gotten rid of, fix is go into the scripts folder then the persistence fold and in the vehicles section are your locked [saved] cars I deleted these and fixed the issue, if you know the number your vehicle you want to keep is, you could delete the rest inside and keep your liked car
