Is it possible for you to make a mod where you can spawn in money carts to spawn in for machinimas and such?

@ikt I realized that earlier while I made that comment lol. Also, there is a thing where I can't move my camera all the way around while in Vanilla FPV; just the windshield. Is that normal?
Is it possible to add vibration to wheels?
