i tested this earlier today on an install with over 100gigs of mods on it and there's only one issue i found with it.
The mod seemingly does not work with most add-on dlcpacks content like RealCaliforniaArchitecture for example..
it kicks out the dlclist entries on startup effectively disabling them until you remove the dismemberment files and replace the missing dlclist.xml entries
