Anyone else having a glitch where a lot of npcs driving cars are wearing helmets?

I know my opinion doesn't mean much, but damn this dude is always on top of stuff. Even with the big updates he still manages to get the updates out within a couple days. Cheers

@Lucky24 I did the gameconfig.xml but still no luck. I deleted all of my add-on cars and still nothing. I'm guessing I messed up the game. Reinstalling now

Alright now it crashes when I try to load story mode. I tried using your gameconfig.xml but it still crashes. I can't find anything in these comments to fix it

@Sm00thOps Oh my god. . . I knew it was something stupid. I put the batman folder in the folder I was placing a weapon mod. Lol sorry for that. The pack is awesome. Thank you

@Sm00thOps Hey, I know I'm probably an idiot. But my problem is that every trainer I use says "Invalid Model" whenever I try to spawn any of the cars. I put everything in the right place and added the lines to those documents in Notepad+. I have to be missing something obvious, right?

Hey the water looks amazing, which it weird because the water here in California is green and gross. The water in the mod looks like Hawaii. Great mod though
