For anyone interested, the next instalment of the GTA V Toolkit will include a guide covering all aspects of editing and customizing both normal and streamed peds. It will not cover creating peds or drawables from scratch however.
idk why i noticed this but you misspelled "fighter planes" on page 13

@YungxDev You are more thorough than I am. lol. I do use a spellcheck but of course "fighter plans" would go right through. I hope to have an update with a section on ped editing later this year or early in 2025. I'll make that fix. Cheers.

Do you know anything about mlo? I want to extract all the ytyp, ydr, and ymap files of some online apartments as dlc and load them without opening the online mode, but I don't know why mlo still doesn't show up
@JoyLucien I have no idea which MLO you're talking about. You can create your MLO from scratch, you can use an addon creator mod, or you can take an existing MLO and use it as your template. As for being online, since the last update I'm offline and I can guarantee you that I can enable online maps while being offline. I've done this dozens of times without getting the forced update message from R* (which occurs on launch, not in game).
accidentally deleted the Vehicle.meta file in mods folder (Im not using this mod, I'm just seeking help) - what do I do?

@Vindicator12 Lol. Whenever you delete something from your mods folder by mistake, and it's a vanilla entity, you just replace it with the one from your game. If you delete something from your game by mistake, you do a verify integrity, or optionally, you use the one from your mods folder assuming it is untouched.
uhhh whatever you say, but now the problem is every granger SUVs in my game, NPC, Blaine County Sheriff, LSPD, all wont spawn after the 11john11's LSPD/LSSD pack mods, I deleted the dlcpack too to return it to the normal base game but uhhhh it still wont spawn.
I don't know what the difference is between the MLO of SP on the online MLO data, and why online mode must be enabled if using online MLO.I have tried to extract the mlo from the warehouse at the airport on Perico Island, which can be displayed normally without enabling online mode. But I tried to extract many mlos of the Los Santos online mode, but they couldn't be displayed.
You didn't understand what I meant. I wanted to extract the mlo that can only be displayed online to sp, so that you can use the online mlo without using a script to enable the online mode. Because there are many mods that conflict with enabling online mode, I want to extract the mlo of online mode as an addon mlo
