Description:
The Property Manager Mod is a GTA 5 modification enhancing the property management experience. Features include:
Valet Service: A dedicated valet service for parking and cleaning vehicles.
Security Team: Security personnel saluting your character.
Functional Showers: Showers for cleansing characters and removing bloodstains.
Helipad Management: Manage helicopters on helipads for smooth operations.
Convenient Teleportation: Teleport between mansions based on transportation mode.
Elevator Functionality: Seamless travel between floors in equipped mansions.
Wardrobe Functionality: Change and save outfits within property wardrobes.
new in 0.9 : Dock Management:Convenient way to anchor near a property.
Coming soon (Early access in patreon) : Property investment Buy or rent a property
Supported Mansions:
- Pacific Rooftop, Villa, Desert Mansion, etc. by guillaume56

Installation:
- Clean GTA 5 installation on PC.
- Download the mod files.
- Copy PropertyManager.dll and folder to "scripts" directory.
- Launch the game with enhanced features.

Dynamic Financial Management: Stay on top of your finances with detailed daily billing for taxes, salaries, and rent. Resell Option: Flexibility to resell your assets, adapting your strategy as needed. I couldn't help but notice your fine skills with the bodyguard mod I see you're producing, so maybe a great challenge would be a floating carrier with animations & stuff. Would definitely patreon you for this.

anyone else getting a bug where the saved cars in the garage changes to a random livery if the car has a livery option? is there a fix for this? Thanks!

okay my main issue is that when I save a car in the mansion, minutes later the car is gone in garage how can I fix this?

@nvxlid24 it is, not the one from gta5mods.com tho. i got it working finding one more recent on google. scripthookdotnet nightly 3.7. so far the modern wood house and malibu mansion work perfectly i recommend awesome mods. bless the mod authors frl
