This script was requested by a user, and it was easy, so I did it.
It affects only the player; when you drop it in your scripts folder, you won't show the cosmetic FX of getting wet in the rain or after being in water.
Again, "why?" I don't know, someone asked for it, etc.

@jedijosh920 yeah, again, I often feel like a simple apprentice mage being asked to pull teeth and reverse curses and such all the time by villagers. I'm sure it's far worse for one of your repute.

@Sh3nZeR I'm very careful about what I commit to because I'm a serious person about these things-- I think it can be done even by someone of my low level but I also am busy with my current responsibilities. I'll keep my eyes out without committing to it explicitly.

@Sh3nZeR you know, when you first suggested it i was almost annoyed because it seemed so trivial, but it removes the ability to use ironsights, which complicates weapon scatter when you set it to an average of 5-8 or so in weapons.meta
