Description:
This script gradually heals NPCs to 50% health when they are in cover or in a vehicle. The healing process is gradual, adding health points over time until the NPC reaches 50% of their maximum health. This script enhances gameplay by providing a more realistic recovery mechanic for NPCs , This is Similar to the healing mechanics used by the player.
Features:
1. Gradual health regeneration for all NPCs to 50%.
2. Healing only happens when NPCs are in Cover or in a Vehicle
Changelogs:

Now NPCs will regain their Full Health upon Entering an Ambulance
1.2
Clear Blood Damage from NPC when their Health is full.
1.3
Fixed an issue where Health of NPC in the Ambulance was locked to 100%
Installation Instructions:
Ensure you have the following installed:
Script Hook V
Script Hook V .NET
Script Installation:
Navigate to your GTA V installation directory.
Locate the scripts folder. If it doesn't exist, create it.
Place the HealNPC_LikePlayer.cs file into the scripts folder.
