SETUP/REQUIREMENTS:
--------------------------------
1. Install ScriptHookV if not already done
(DOWNLOAD HERE: www.dev-c.com/files/ScriptHookV_1.0.757.4.zip).
Copy "dinput8.dll" AND "ScriptHookV.dll" to your GTA5 install folder.
You must delete old dsound.dll asiloader if you have one installed.
This distrib also includes a sample asi plugin - native trainer,
if you need a trainer then copy NativeTrainer.asi as well.
2. Install LUA Plugin for ScriptHookV if not already done
(DOWNLOAD HERE: https://github.com/gallexme/LuaPlugin-GTAV/archive/master.zip).
LUA Plugin requires Visual C++ Redistrutable Packages for Visual Studio 2013
(DOWNLOAD HERE: https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/download/details.aspx?id=40784).
Copy the folder "scripts" into your GTA5 install folder. Copy either "LUA.asi" OR "LUA_SDK.asi" into your GTA5 install folder.
If you want to have a console with output then use "LUA_SDK.asi" instead of "LUA.asi".
DON'T copy both .asi files to your GTA5 install folder. If you do so, all lua mods would be loaded twice!
3. Put mbsHardcoreDifficulty.lua into your scripts/addins folder inside of your GTA 5 folder.
4. Play the game in singleplayer.
If you have problems starting the game you may need a new version of ScriptHookV and/or LUA Plugin for ScriptHookV.

This mod is / ALL of my mods are still 100% working. You just have to comply with the requirements correctly. You have to use the correct files (file versions). Please READ "SETUP/REQUIREMENTS" part and use the links I have posted in the description.
Is this mod compatible with RDE? If not is it possible to make it so?
Also can you edit it to as hard as cp1dell mentioned in the comments?
Was working couple days ago, but appears to be broken now. Could it be incompatible with some .dll mods? Single another .lua mod I've got it's a Helmet Contol and it's working.

LUA mods are still working. Please read the post on top.
in my LUA mod i changed this by this line:
PED.SET_AI_WEAPON_DAMAGE_MODIFIER(1.3)
I also altered the players health and armour.
By using
ENTITY.SET_ENTITY_HEALTH
and
PLAYER.GET_PLAYER_MAX_ARMOUR

@Sladernimo Ive experienced a bug with this mod where I cant use phone it keeps closing when standing still it keeps trying to regen health then the script forces it not to and every time it does that the phone/internet closes
Do you think this would be compatible with Redux?
Also does this mod even still work with the newest update. Last time you reported this mod to still be working was July...
Argh!! This game is just too easy without a mod like this!
Wish to hell I could use this. Cant play games that dont have difficulty, things just aren't as thrilling and exciting. However, almost certain this does not work with Redux if it still works at all.

I mean that even when police catches you you need to start again or load a save
Before the 2060 GTA V version, this was a great mod. Now I believe it doesn't accept some lines of code. And the health multiplier is much more than it used to. You die in like one shot to the chest instantly with a pistol and very rarely die with 2 shots. Not mentioning the smgs or rifles they definitely one-shot you. The melee damage multiplier doesn't work anymore so fist barely do any damage.
Still works NVM.
Cops dying with a single shot to the foot (SNS pistol) and serviving an AK47 blast to the chest. Not very realistic to me!

Still works and is one of the best. I recommend doing 3 things though. In the file change the lines around the top "new health" and "new armor" (they will be by themselves separated from all the other code you'll see it) to the normal 200 and 100, not 160 and 60. The pistols do like 1/3 to 1/4 of your health with the multiplier. The rifles even more. You can always just reduce the weapon damage multiplier for the peds though.
