2.Place the ped files from the "Sally" archive to addonpeds folder.
3.Open AddonPedsEditor.exe and add "Sally" model in the list as normal ped

Okay, so judging by the fact that you got this model from the Unreal 4 title Tower of Fantasy, it clearly means that you have the ability to acquire models from it. I get that your history is mostly pedestrian models, but is there a chance that you, or realistically someone acquainted with you, could possibly expand into Tower of Fantasy's vehicles? Tower of Fantasy bears many vehicles that would be actually possible for implementation due to the presence of the Imponte Deluxo and Pegassi Oppressor Mk.II. Got close to it myself, but fell short.
