Description:
This is a replace for the ''Skull Surfer'' tattoo. This retexture completely changes the tattoo to a new one.
Bugs:
None.
Instructions:
First you'll need OpenIV, then go to:
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpheist4\dlc2.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpheist4_ped_mp_overlay_txds.rpf\
And drop all the files there.
Credits:
All credits go to Rockstar Games & Luna.
