Reimu Hakurei from Touhou Project.
I converted GTASA Reimu MOD(made by kita&Pensama) to GTA5 and replaced head part for facial motion.
This requires OpenIV.
Description below is on the assumption you are using mods folder and ASI Loader.
2 methods to install: [Add-on] or [Replace Existing Character].
If you want to retain original character, please use Add-on method.

Install Addonpeds and follow the instructions.

Ped Type: Female
Is Streamed: true
[Replace Existing Character]
Go to character's folder in OpenIV, make backup,
and replace yft, ydd, ytd files with ones in this MOD(Don't replace ymt).
If original model has no teef.ydd, replace feet or hand with MOD.
In case you want to replace such as Michael, Trevor, cutscene ped(like cs_lamar), use "csped" folder.
For in-game character(like ig_steve) use "igped" folder.
If you missed this facial motion won't move.
And delete ydd and ytd which you didn't replace.
**How do I find the character?**
In game data, Michael is named "player_zero", Franklin is "player_one", Trevor is "player_two".
Named characters have two ped types, like "ig_steve" and "cs_steve".
"ig_" ped appears in playable game scene, "cs_" ped appears only in cutscenes.
Some peds are added bodyparts in patches, so you'll have to replace them also.
In OpenIV, Tools -> Search, select search area "in game folder only",
and search who you want to replace. Then copy all those files to mods folder, and replace them.
(If you go in Edit mode outside of mods folder, there should be "Copy to mods folder" with warning dialog. Click it.)
[Notice]
-This MOD is built for streamed ped only.
You can't replace Non-streamed peds(like normal cops, pedestrian) with this.
-If you upload video on niconico using this MOD,
please set the page below as the parent of its content tree.

【キャラクターと置換】
OpenIVで目的のキャラの場所を開き、必ずバックアップを取った上で、
yft, ydd, ytdファイルを右クリック→Replaceで本MODのそれらと置き換えて下さい（ymtファイルは置き換えないで下さい）。
元のモデルにteefが無い場合もありますが、その場合はfeetやhand等別のパーツと置き換えて下さい。
マイケル、トレバー、カットシーン用のラマーなどのキャラと置き換える場合はcspedフォルダ、
ゲーム中のラマーやスティーブなどのキャラと置き換える場合はigpedフォルダの中身と置き換えて下さい。
これを間違えると表情が動かなくなります。
置き換えなかったファイルは削除して下さい。
・キャラの探し方
データ上、マイケルはplayer_zero、フランクリンはplayer_one、トレバーはplayer_twoという名前になっています。
名前ありキャラの場合、ig_steveとcs_steveのように二種類のpedが存在します。
Ig_がゲーム中に登場するモデル、cs_がカットシーン専用のモデルです。
ゲーム発売後のパッチで体のパーツが追加されているキャラもありますので、そちらも置き換えないと表示がグチャグチャになります。
OpenIVでTools -> Searchを選び、search areaを「search in game folder only」に絞り、
目標キャラの名前で検索します。出てきたydd, ytd等の場所に移動し、modsフォルダーにコピーしましょう。
（Edit Modeに入ると警告メッセージと共に「Copy to mods folder」というボタンが出てきます）
