This is a re-texture for jr59s The Joker mod https://www.gta5-mods.com/player/the-joker-ped. I decided to make him look like the new 2017 Pennywise and I think he turned out pretty creepy >:^).

Doesn't look like Pennywise at all unfortunately, it looks more like an alternate version of the Joker.
