Open OpenIV and go to:
mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one
Open the "Off White T-Shirt Mod" folder, pick the "uppr_004_u" and drag in OpenIV, and then search the file "uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd"
in OpenIV, right click on it, click "Edit", and then "Replace", go to the "Off white T-Shirt for Franklin" folder after click on "Replace" and click "uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd"
Open the game and ENJOY
Tell me if there are problems and I’ll solve them

In the second version, the texture problem was solved
