Hoodie: Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpsum\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpsum_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_sum
However you can install the textures wherever you have the models installed.
Update: Included files for a Black Polo sweatsuit.
