Remember backup original file first!
Cloth: X64e—models—cdimages—componentpeds_s_m_m.rpf
Hat: X64e—models—cdimages—pedprops.rpf
1. Run OpenIV, enable Edit Mode.
2. Go to above path, and use files in "Cloth" & "Hat" folder to replace original one.
3. Done!
You can use any Trainer spwan this NPC, or use it in Director mode

1. fix the color of shoes.

Anti-Submarine Warfare helicopter.
All these works are for our new big project: Chinese Liaoning Aircraft Carrier.
You can download these 3 new paintjobs, and install them first.
And you will see j15a and Z-9 helicopter on the deck of Carrier, after you install our new Mod: Chinese
Liaoning Aircraft Carrier.
