6ix9ine's face tattoo for all three characters. This mod replaces their regular faces.
In the file you will find three folders with each face for each character.
OpenIV and navigate:
Franklin - mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one (Replace file named "head_diff_000_a_bla")
Trevor - mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_two (Replace file named "head_diff_000_a_whi")
Michael - mods\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_zero (Replace file named "head_diff_000_a_whi")
Remember to make a backup if you want to return to their normal faces.
