First, you should install the model by SkylineGTRFreak

Then use OpenIV to put a340.ytd in Grand Theft Auto V\update\x64\dlcpacks\a346\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\mq1vehicles.rpf\ turn on edit mode and put it here.
Done!!
