1) Download and install according to the instruction included inside the zip
https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/airbus-a380-800
2) Use Open IV to replace files
GTAV/x64e.rpf/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf/jet.ytd
3) Replace jet.ytd
OR
You may also replace one of the skin only by double click jet.ytd, and replace A380_sign_1 to A380_sign_XX depend on what you want.
