This is a RIOT texture overhaul which basically improves RIOT textures!
Bugs:
LSPD badge in bumper
Features:
2K Simple LAPD SWAT Livery
2K Vehshare Textures
Better LED doids and LED R/B flash
Better headlights and indicator lights
Better wire mesh textures
Install: Follow the Where to Install.txt file! Install can be different for people depending on what you have installed.
LSPD Livery can be done if requested.
