Simply a skin for BritishGamer88's 2017 Range Rover SVR
(https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/2017-police-range-rover-svr)
to convert it to a MET traffic/area car. In reality the vogue is used for this duty, but I am a big fan of BritishGamer88's SVR model, and the SVR itself.

Instructions:
1. Download BritshGamer88's SVR (Link Above)
2. Install the model
3. 'Edit' the .ytd
4. Select 'car_sign_1'
5. replace with the included file
6. select and replace 'windows' + 'plates' as well
7. Hit save
8. Repeat for the +hi.ytd
8. Enjoy
*note* the model already comes with multiple skins, and will randomly select one when spawned. If you wish to stop this from happening, simply delete every car_sign_X until only this skin remains.
