This is a Livery for the Park Ranger Granger (Pranger).
Installation:
1. Start OpenIV
2. Go to (GTAV / x64e.rpf / levels / gta5 / vehicles.rpf) and start the edit mode.
3. OpenIV will now suggest you to copy the files into the Mods folder.
4. Do this
5. Go to pranger.ytd and open the file in edit mode
6. Replace pranger livery with the skin file
7. Save and you're done
Installation:
