As a reminder, PLS do not take the last two photos that are with "White Album 2" on it(©).
If I'm not wrong, this should be the first Japanese [Add-on] License Plates in GTAinside and 5MODS.

[2.0 + Extra] 3D(convex/concave) for the Regional Code, Vehicle Class Code, and the Hiragana Prefix.
[Started from 1.0] You can customize Letters/Numbers on the plate.
