-Open OPEN IV
-Go to x64e\levels\gta5\vehicles.rpf
-Replace the files from Gta 5 mods blimp folder

Yeah it's a cool Texture for the Blimp, but it would be cooler, if the Blimp is completely green, except of the GTA5-Mods Text.
