-Download And Install Openiv: http://openiv.com/

-Open Openiv

-Then Select Windows Under Gta V Then Select Your Gta V Directory

-After That Goto Update/x64/dlcpacks/mpchristmas2/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf After That Click On Edit Mode

-Delete jester2.ytd

-Drag And Drop Extracted jester2.ytd

-Use A Trainer To Spawn Dinka Jester (Race)
