Earl has arrived to Los Santos, time to get the 9th spot on the black list.

-Go to update/x64/dlcpack/evo9;
-Open file evo9/dlc.rpf/x64/vehicles.rpf/evo9.ytd;
-Replace in evo_sign_1 with the texture from the archive
DO NOT REDISTRIBUTE MY PAINTJOB OR ELSE ILL EAT YOUR FRENCH FRIES!
