The files you have in the download don't work. I still see the sheriff cars as normal. I am positive of this as well because I was able to change the stretch model using the same process I used for your files and it worked. I would suggest fixing the files.

Where did you put the files, if you put them in x64e I will not work, you must go through updates to patch day 3 @Scooze_Flynx
