Installation:
In OpenIV navigate to:
updatex64 > dlcpacks > patchday8ng > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles.rpf
Open up the file named "Riot.ytd" and replace bearcat_sign_1 with the one provide
Enjoy!
