This livery of an AS-350 Ecureuil helicopter have been prepared based on the model and template created by @SkylineGTRFreak which can be found under the following link:

The helicopter livery for the 'San Andreas Park Rangers' was one of the most difficult ones. As I struggled to get a satisfactionary product that I would find acceptable. If I'm not mistaken I had 7 or 8 different projects of this livery and in the end I prepared something completly different than the original concept.
Instalation
By using 'Open IV' open the following two files as350.ytd & as350 hi.ytd and replace or add the 'as350sign1' file thats included to have these liveries working for you.
Feel free to drop down some feedback in the comments and if you have any requests I will gladly share the .psd files that I have used to create this livery so you could adjust it to your liking.
