You are allowed to to make similar mod.
Install:
GTA V/mods/x64/audio/sfx/SCRIPT.rpf
and replace the files
You will need openIV.
I don't own SCP foundation. Credits goes to the SCP logo artist and the WIKI.
And for the video credit goes to SCP:CB sound.
the siren audio files cant be above 5000 KB. It will then mute.
