I thought the police station in Sandy was too boring so I added some life to it!
I have added some peds doing some things, and vehicles. I also put ambulances
at the hospital be hind the PD aswell as some sheriff cars and bike in the front of the PD. Also going to try to find new animations and add more peds to more places in the future.
Installation: GTA5 Directory > Menyoo > spooner > drag and drop populatedpolicesation.xml into spooner! Enjoy!

I have found that the npc's (excluding the officers) don't play their animations. I will try to fix that.
