Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/ and Replace Weather.XML
Go to common.rpf/data/levels/gta5/weather and Replace thunder_render_drop thunder_render_ground
Go to update / update.rpf / common / data / timecycle and Replace w_thunder

I tried it and i like the concept, looks great as well, only thing i would like changed is if it only really stormed like during the "stormy" preset of gta, not during "rain" "clearing" presets of weather. Either way 5 stars i love the waves.

Really great mod, but is it possible to make it rain so hard only on "stromy" weather, not on "rain" or "clearing"? I don't know if it possible, but if you do - it would be one of the best mods for gta V)
