I have just Created some samples of Pakistani License Plate for Gta 5 and Still working on it . For Government License Plate I will upload soon.
Version Updates :
Added Punjab License Plate
Added Govt of Pakistan License Plate
Islamabad Plate Updated
INSTALLATION :
First of All go to Gta v main Directory Via Open iv and Open x64e/Levels/Gta5/vehicle.rpf and Then scroll down and Find Vehshare.ytd open it and Replace Plate01 ,Plate02 ...upto Five Plates you can replace of your own choice

You need that license plates which in Photos!!
@abrar619 i created free plates so everyone can add the desire numbers to plates.. I use Adobe illustrator to add text to plates
