Remember to backup files if you play online, or use mod folder method.
1# Use openIV
2# Go to x64i.rpf > levels > gta5 > props > recreational > v_coin_op.rpf

Dude this is an awesome mod and I haven't even installed it yet. Dang this brought some great childhood memories playing this on the SNES.
