This adds in police dialogue from GTA IV and replaces some of the base game police dialogue. I am planning on doing NOOSE next.
INSTALLATION:
Drop contents of SFULLSER folder into Grand Theft Auto V > mods > x64 > audio > sfx > SFULLSER.rpf
Drop contents of SMINISER folder into Grand Theft Auto V > mods > x64 > audio > sfx > SMINISER.rpf
Changelog:

Added black police voice lines
Fixed "COVER YOU" lines still using GTA V's default dialogue

I forgot to replace the "COVER YOU" police lines so they still use the GTA V dialogue. I am working on a fix for that now.

Really appreciate this. Something I've been meaning to have a go at myself. I see you are working on a 'Noose' one next but please could you also try and do collisions/resident too as It would freshen up GTA V
@ollyolly Most of those are already reused from GTA IV, I'm afraid.
I'd pair this with Liberty City Vehicle & Ped Pack and edit the dispatch.meta file so that they spawn during wanted levels. Maybe a Liberty City map mod as well.
