Even though this game is greatly optimized but despite having a 3090, my fps would still drop into the 40s when I would shoot with a minigun on a dusty surface. So this mod is supposed to fix that by minimizing the effect of dust flying around when shooting or hovering a helicopter on a sandy surface.
Installation:
1) You'll need Openiv with asi loader and "mods" folder enabled with openiv.
2) After that you need to open the OIV package in the zip folder with openiv and hit the install button and make sure to install it in the "mods" folder and NOT the game folder.
