This mod of course, adds the beach party peds from the Cayo Perico heist DLC into SP, and includes small edits for said peds.
No replacing peds, just simple editing.
For this mod, you'll need OpenIV https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
INSTALLATION:
1. Go to "mods/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5".
2. Drag n' drop the "popgroups.ymt".
3. Go to "mods/update.rpf/common/data/ai".
4. Drag n' drop the "ambientpedmodelsets.meta".
5. Save and enjoy!

Hmm... looks like I got the game crashes when close to the wood bridge of Del Perro pier with your popgroups.ymt, but seems without it the new peds won't spawn anywhere, would you check it out?

@-EcLiPsE- I use v1.1, but I also notice that if I just use default popgroups but add those peds, will works perfect, however if I add peds and more vehicles, the game still crashes at same location
@560877 what vehicles and peds did you add?
Cause I feel like it might be that and not the mod.
@-EcLiPsE- Well I think I just solve the crashes, I was using the gameconfig with 2x peds and traffic, so even I install the popcycle.dat from Cops:Back On The Beat mod, with default popgroups.ymt, the game will just crashes at loading screen, after I change the number of the vehicle density to the default, game loaded, so that's gameconfig's problem

I had followed the steps but I didn't see any CP beach peds on the beach. How can I do?
@James20001120 What's your game version? As you need to have the Cayo Perico update or higher as the peds are from that update.
If not that, do you have any other mods?
Or do you have a modded gameconfig?

@-EcLiPsE- hello is the structure suppose to be "mods/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5" ? and not "mods/update/update.rpf/x64/levels/gta5
