Didnt create this texture, Police Smart Radio is created by Albo1125 and the 5 button configuration was modified by ACC. All my modification is a simple color change back ground that any one could have done! This file is for those that dont know how to!
Instructions in the file.
Simply put the dull display was driving me nuts and it needed to be brighter! Voila your welcome!

Just so you guys know you can simply change the intensity using any paint program, Open the display file tap on the color square with the magic wand from the paint app. Open a new layer select the new color you wish to use and use the paint bucket to fill the color over the top of the old one. Merge all layers and save and you can have any color you want. I use paintdotnet. just a simple tool !
