Installation:
1. Install ScriptHookV
2. Install the latest ScriptHookVDotNet
3. Install Menyoo PC SP
https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp
4. Install Map Builder REQUIRED
https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/map-builder
5. Move Mystique.xml file from the .zip into your GTA 5 main directory/MenyooStuff/Spooner,
6. In-game open menyoo/object-spooner/manage-saved-files/Mystique.xml/load-placements
