Uses Map Editor:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
And MenyooPC:https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/menyoo-pc-sp

Installation:
Place "trevwaree" inside of your main directory.
Then place "waree" inside of menyoostuff/spooner/
Launch the game and get to the location.
Then load with map editor first! Then with Menyoo.

OPTIONAL:
"waree2" a lot more cargo. A bit crazy, To install just switch waree with waree2.
