@RioBased dude i found the location, for after hours of looking it's near the fountain area behing the mountain of fort Zancudo
Awesome creation but I agree with @RioBased a picture of the location is needed to find your map. Menyoo would be the only option to find it but its not updated and not working. If you can, ( I know its been a year) post a picture of location, Thankx!
