Description:
To install this mod you will have to follow these things:
1:Open folder
2:open your gta5 folder go to manyoostuff folder [spooner]
3:Copy the file and paste it in spooner folder
4:then you are good to go close all the file and start the gta5
Bugs:
Their is almost no bug in this map
-This mod has a lot of trees
-This mod have almost 10 house with peoples and here in also a pathway
-It has a round parking area where you or other peoples can park their vehicals
-On the right back of the town their is a huge area where you can also build any thing you want in your area
-Their is a small but beautiful house on the front which is attached with the road
-but the only thing is that you can con go inside a building

It be nice if one the houses if not all had interior
Not bad at all, I think this would be more ecologically fit if Palm Trees/Joshua Trees rather than the Redwood added.

What version of GTAV are you using? I haven't been able to get '1000+' prop builds to spawn w/o Menyoo crashing the game since the 'Contract DLC'.
