1. Make sure you installed Map Editor: https://goo.gl/heAHfP
2. Put "Cozy Bay.xml" in your GTAV directory
3. In game press "F7" and click "Load Map"
4. Type in "Cozy Bay 2.0" without quotes
5. The map should load
6. Enjoy!
